Past Life Regression

What is a Past Life Regression?

Past life regression is a quiet descent into the deeper chambers of the soul where we explore the stories we carry beneath the surface of this lifetime. Through the doorway of hypnotherapy, the mind is invited into a soft trance state, not unlike the drifting space between waking and dreaming. In that gentle openness, the subconscious begins to speak in images, sensations, and memories that feel both strangely familiar and profoundly revealing.

This work rests on an old understanding: that the soul travels, learns, and gathers wisdom across many lifetimes. Some of those experiences leave imprints, patterns of emotion, fears without origin, sudden affinities, or unexplained strengths. Past life regression simply allows those imprints to rise into awareness, offering insight, release, and often a deep sense of recognition.

A session begins with guided relaxation, easing the body into comfort while the mind becomes focused and unguarded. Through calm, rhythmic suggestion, I lead you inward, down through layers of memory and imagination, until you reach the threshold of the subconscious. From there, scenes may unfold—landscapes, various moments in time, revealing a person you once were. The journey is never forced; it emerges naturally, shaped by the inner wisdom stored in your subconscious where connections between past and present become illuminated.

Past life regressions are not only a look backward per se, they allow a way of understanding the present with greater compassion. It reminds us that the path we walk is long, woven through many stories, and that the soul carries its lessons forward with quiet purpose.

Sessions offer in person and online.
